Isabelle Sheridan is our host on Saturday, 22nd May at 6pm. You all know her stall in the English Market 'On the Pig's back' but did you know that her latest venture is in Douglas? Her cafe with the same name on the premises of the Douglas Woolen Mills is our location for the Cheese @ Wine Tasting. Monica Murphy of LeFebvre is on hand to talk about the cheese and wine and how to match them perfectly. Her knowledge is second to none and it is a rare treat to have her in Cork.
Isabelle will keep her shop open so that you can have a nose around and maybe shop a bit. On the Pig's back is well known for the artisan food produce made in Ireland and France. Her pates are handmade on the premises and have won a fellowship that is the envy of many.
