Always wanted to start your own food business but don't know how and where to start? Dr Angela Sheehan might be the answer you need. UCC is starting 'Start your own Food Business' courses - the first one starting 19th April. Subjects covered are Food Legislation, How to produce food safely, How to market your food product and how to write your business plan. This course will also give you a great opportunity to network with like minded people.
