Blind Tasting in Augustine's

Dear Foodies,
Augustine's is one of the best known restaurants in Cork. Located in the Clarion Hotel in Lapp's Quay, it was named one of the 10 top restaurants in Munster and has been nominated by Food & Wine.

Brendan Cashman is famous for his love of local and seasonal food and sources most of his ingredients from the English Market and trusted local suppliers.

To celebrate autumn and the richness of produce available now, we have teamed up with Augustine's to bring you a new experience in fine dining.

You are invited to experience the tasting menu for which Augustine's is famous for. This menu consists of 6 courses - but there is a twist - you will be tasting the food blind folded. This will give you a new sensation as all your senses but your eyes need to be engaged. A glass of wine is included. After tasting each course, we will be discussing the food with the chef and sommelier. Questions are always welcome.

This is a fantastic opportunity to visit one of Munster's best restaurants and to taste a wide range of dishes.
