Bruce MacDonald will take us along an East Cork beach and show us how to find and recognise seaweed, how to pick and store it and of course, what to do with it. Seaweed has been known for generations for their health benefits and Bruce will tell us all about it.
So put on your wellies, bring a bucket and enjoy a wonderful day out on the beach.
